The design of the hotel seamlessly blends modern and old elements, with meticulous attention to detail. The location is stunning, situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean, and just a few minutes' walk to the main street. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Duomo and the main street, but in a quiet area with a local square nearby for snacks and drinks. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel's two Michelin star restaurant, Principe Cerami, was expensive but outstanding. We also enjoyed dining at Les Bougainvillées restaurant, which was very good indeed. The hotel staff were exceptional, with special mention to Rosario, Stefano, and Marco who made our stay truly memorable.

I had the best hotel experience ever. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist me. The hotel itself was remarkable, with a perfect blend of old and new. The courtyard and pool area were charming, and I enjoyed having an evening drink there. The food at the restaurant was the best I had in Sicily. The location was also great, centrally located in a peaceful area of the city, surrounded by beautiful palm trees.
