We loved the hotel's cleanliness, as our room was spotless every day. The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with transport arrangements and even giving us a key instead of a room card when needed. Plus, the location was perfect for catching the ferry to Halong Bay, being right in the center and near the beautiful bay.
