Staying at this hotel was exceptional. The room size was ample, the good smell was invigorating, the pool size was perfect, and the bar services were top-notch. The staff, including Mina, Randa, Zainab, Dina. Special mention to Kirollos Khalil for making our anniversary unforgettable with a thoughtful gesture and arranging a special dinner. The personalized service, from remembering drink preferences to entertainment, truly enhanced my experience.

From the impeccable cleanliness to the vast variety of food and the exceptional hospitality, this hotel left me speechless. The hotel facilities, including the beach area with aqua, the Lazy River and pool area, were top-notch. The location to another hotel across the road allowed easy access to additional amenities. The staff, especially Mr Mohamed Darwish, the front office manager, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
