We truly enjoyed the friendly staff, with special mentions to Mariam at reception and Thomas, our cheerful housekeeper. the hotel facilities, including the pools and gardens, were beautifully maintained, and the location was perfect, close to Naama Bay and a brand-new amusement park. the breakfast offered a delightful variety, and we loved the complimentary fruits and pastries by the poolside.
