The location was perfect for our hikes along St Cuthbert's Way, and we appreciated the spacious rooms and excellent food options at this gem in the countryside.

We loved the hotel's location amongst rolling hills, making it perfect for our St Cuthbert's Way adventure, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight, served promptly and delicious, while the room was spacious and impeccably clean. We also appreciated the local community's warmth and the inviting beer garden to relax in after a long day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for dog walking, right opposite a pub and close to beautiful countryside. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my visit even better. Breakfast was delicious, with high-quality produce.
