We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, as every corner was spotless, making us feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the breakfast, with a great variety including a delicious full English and personalized pancakes for our children. Plus, the location was perfect—just a short stroll to attractions like the tower and the piers.
