I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, particularly due to its prime location near the Winter Gardens, making it ideal for the dance event I attended. The staff, especially George and Jenny, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I also loved the delicious breakfast which offered a variety of gluten-free options, all served piping hot. The cleanliness of the rooms and spacious ensuite bathroom added to my comfort, and I would definitely return.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options, including gluten-free choices. The atmosphere in the cellar bar was fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The location was fantastic, just 5 minutes from the opera house and about 10 minutes to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and I loved the cozy atmosphere in the cellar bar, which had an impressive selection of local ales and delicious freshly made snacks.
