I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, close to shops, bars, and everything Whitby has to offer. The room was clean, airy, and had plenty of character. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The view of the Abbey and the river was simply wonderful. The staff were friendly and the breakfast, although cold, was delicious.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent, with a clean entrance and spacious room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary teas, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room were a lovely touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even calling the lift and accommodating our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing us to explore on foot.

We loved the central location of this hotel. It was situated right on the main road near the leisure centre, making it convenient for us to explore everything that this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a bath and shower in our room. We also appreciated the 24-hour parking opposite the hotel, which made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great communication before our arrival. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which had a competitive price.

The room was perfect - comfortable and quiet. The staff on reception were wonderful and couldn't do enough to make our holiday great. The food in the bar was very good. The location was to die for, with amazing views. The disabled room was huge and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The ensuite was also well-thought-out and impeccably maintained. We particularly enjoyed the lovely view of the nearby Abbey. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another great feature was the presence of a lift in the hotel. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center, which made it convenient for exploring the area. As we were on a motorbike trip, we appreciated the availability of parking facilities for our bikes. The breakfast provided was delicious and reasonably priced.
