We had a delightful stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the prime location just minutes away from the castle and numerous fantastic restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing us with complimentary drinks upon arrival and attentive service during breakfast, which featured a great selection. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, offering a peaceful retreat from any noise.

We loved the hotel's location, which is central and just a short walk to the castle and delightful Thames walks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, really enhancing our experience.
