The hotel is stunning with exceptional service. Attention to detail and very kid-friendly. The manager, Ashley, sorted out a slight hiccup with our room immediately. Spa facilities were amazing, and the kids loved the pool. The hotel offered Easter events like sheep herding and pony rides. Huge shoutout to Paul, who went above and beyond with my kids, offering buggy rides and packing the car. The staff made the trip memorable.
