The staff were amazing, always polite and helpful. The hotel had a luxurious feel to it, with quirky and extravagant decor. The large entrance hall was lovely and inviting. The room I stayed in, on level 6, was spacious and bright, with a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom had a heated railing and a bath. The breakfast selection was wide and of good quality, offering a variety of options from cooked English breakfast to fruits, pastries, and continental foods. The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to transportation and within 20 minutes of popular attractions like Leicester Square, Covent Garden, and Trafalgar Square.

The hotel had comfortable rooms that were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for where I needed to be, right in the center of the city. The staff, especially Mattia at breakfast, were friendly and attentive. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a wonderful choice of delicious food and superb service.

The location was second to none, with easy access to Regent Street, Mayfair, and all the main sights of this city. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, including my room, was impeccable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated that I was able to check in much earlier than expected, making my arrival hassle-free. The bathroom and shower facilities were of high quality, providing a refreshing experience. the hotel's restaurant offered a delicious dinner, breakfast, and a Peter Rabbit afternoon tea, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our anniversary weekend away. The location was perfect, as it was close to a tube station, allowing us to easily explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful arrangement of indoor plants everywhere and glass ceilings that provided a light and airy space. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I loved how they incorporated greenery to create a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff, particularly the Lithuanian lady who served us, were friendly and attentive.
