I had the best experience at this hotel! The staff, from Matthew at check-in to the concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and inviting rooftop garden. The location was perfect, as I was able to easily walk to all the major attractions in this city. The breakfast provided a nice variety of options, and the staff made sure everything was clean and well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful rooftop terrace and a cozy Snug Bar. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all attractions and right next to the Playhouse for those attending a show. The staff, especially Matthew who was on duty when we checked in, were friendly, polite, and made us feel important.

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff at reception, the Snug bar, and dining room were all extremely attentive. The seating in the bar area was perfect for enjoying a drink and having great conversation. I loved that my room had doors leading to the rooftop garden and terrace, providing amazing views over Calton Hill. The central location was ideal, especially since I was visiting this city for a show at the Playhouse next door. Plus, the hotel facilities were great, including the en suite bathroom and unexpected balcony. The bed was really comfortable and the room itself was spacious and cozy, with plenty of seating options. The added touch of receiving a bottle of Prosecco for our silver wedding anniversary was the cherry on top!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They assisted us with our bags and even helped us with transport when we had to check out early. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a Nespresso machine and a mini bar with complimentary drinks. The bathroom was luxurious, with a separate shower and a tub, and provided Elemis toiletries. We also had access to the rooftop garden, which had outdoor seating and offered lovely views. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Playhouse and within walking distance to Princes Street and the upcoming St James Quarter.
