We loved the friendly atmosphere at the hotel, where the staff, especially Jade, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. The cleanliness of our room was commendable, and the amenities provided, like the kettle for tea and coffee, really enhanced our stay. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the promenade and attractions, allowing us to easily explore the city without any hassle.
