I loved how friendly the staff were, and the cleanliness of my room stood out. The hotel’s location near the tram stop made exploring the city effortless, and having free parking available was a real bonus. I also enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the pub and the lovely beer garden, which was a perfect spot to unwind.

We had a great experience at the hotel; the rooms were clean and spacious, plus the double-glazing kept outside noise at bay. The location was fantastic, with a tram stop just around the corner and easy access to several restaurants and a large Tesco. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially CJ, who guided us to our room and provided helpful information. We also appreciated the free parking and the overall child-friendly environment, highlighted by a lovely beer garden.

We loved the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel is right next to a tram stop, making it easy to get around. Free parking was a great bonus, too.
