We had a lovely stay at the hotel, where cleanliness was exceptional, and the facilities were well-equipped. The location was fantastic, being only a short walk from both the centre and a tram stop, which made getting around effortless. The staff, especially the hostess, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home.
