I had a wonderful experience at this hotel; the staff was exceptional, especially with organizing my transportation and activities. We loved the hotel’s perfect location near Hoàn Kiếm Lake, making it easy to explore the vibrant Old Quarter. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out, and the comfortable beds ensured great sleep after our adventures. The staff, especially David, Annie, and Jimmy, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even helping us retrieve forgotten items. We frequently enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which offered stunning views of the city.
