I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and warmth; everything was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. The shared bathroom was impeccably maintained, and the cozy room featured a Nespresso coffee machine, which I adored. Plus, the location was fantastic, within walking distance to the city center and surrounded by excellent dining options.

The location is fantastic, being very close to the main areas and near Rogers Arena, which made getting around easy. I found the rooms clean, with modern bathrooms, and I appreciated the variety of Twinings tea available—definitely a nice touch!
