We loved the hotel's perfect location next to the main piazza, which made exploring the area easy. Our room was clean and stylishly furnished in a lovely Sicilian style, and we enjoyed stunning views of the dome and the sea from our two balconies. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and breakfast on the rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view of the coastline and Mount Etna.

The staff, particularly Ernesto, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with fantastic local tips. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent hospitality from the moment we arrived.
