The location is perfect, close to amazing tracks and mountains. The cleanliness was impressive, and my room had a comfortable bed with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were impressive, especially the climbing room and cozy communal spaces with a fireplace. I appreciated the cleanliness, and the location was perfect for accessing the Tongariro National Park and local eateries. It was also convenient to have transportation options available, including the shuttle service.
