The clean and comfortable rooms had cozy beds, and the helpful staff truly went above and beyond, especially in assisting with our snow monster tour reservations. the onsen exceeded our expectations, providing a refreshing experience amidst the picturesque snowfields.

We loved the breathtaking views surrounding the hotel, which felt like a perfect getaway from urban life. The facilities were well-maintained, including a clean and cozy public bath that made our first onsen experience truly memorable. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Miss Suda, who assisted us effortlessly with our snow monster tour reservation. The location was ideal, tucked away near the hot spring town, with a convenient store and some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby.
