I loved the fantastic location of the hotel, being just a stone’s throw from both the tram and the JR station, which made exploring the city a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options while taking in a lovely view from the dining area. The availability of free snacks and drinks in the lounge was a nice touch too!
