I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The facilities, including a lovely wellness area, were well-maintained, and I adored the spacious room with magnificent views of the Matterhorn.

The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful, ensuring we felt at home. Each afternoon, we enjoyed complimentary tea, coffee, and delicious cakes on the terrace, delighting in the stunning scenery. Plus, the transportation provided to and from the train station was a huge convenience!

The chalet-like duplex rooms offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The dining area provided excellent coffee and a stunning setting for meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. Cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch throughout my visit.
