I had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the room was very clean. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the big spa tub and the comfortable bed. The pillows, although they went flat, were clean and smooth. The bathroom vent worked well in controlling the moisture. The staff at check-in were awesome and extremely accommodating, especially considering our late arrival. The hotel and room were impeccably maintained and clean. The free breakfast was adequate and the staff made sure there was always fresh food and coffee.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, with soft and thick towels and a very clean pool area. The hotel had good facilities, such as a spacious king size room with a small office area, a fridge, microwave, and a 'real' coffee maker. The location was convenient, with a free shuttle to the nearby University of Michigan campus and good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive to my needs, providing excellent customer service.

The location was helpful in organizing us as close as possible to the local restaurant where we were attending a birthday party. Additionally, it was within walking distance to the VA Outpatient Clinic, where I had an appointment. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the expressway and offering lots of food choices in the area. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym which was well-maintained. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and we loved that they provided extra pillows and blankets. The staff was professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was also great, offering a variety of options.
