I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. They surprised me with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries for my birthday, which was such a sweet gesture. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Old Town San Diego and Mission Beach. Everything I wanted to do was within a short 10-minute drive. The hotel's private beach was clean and inviting, and the pool and jacuzzi were enormous. The pool temperature was just right, and there was a shallow platform that was great for my young nephew to play in. The room was spacious enough for our group of five, and I would definitely consider visiting again. The staff was always helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

I had an incredible stay at this resort. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to Sea World. I also loved the fact that the hotel had its own beautiful botanical garden, with streams and ponds adding to the serene atmosphere. The room was comfortable and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no extra charge for parking. The staff at the hotel, especially at The Café, went above and beyond to ensure a great experience and made up for any small shortcomings.

The location was perfect, being very close to everything and offering convenient transportation options. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely private beach and a playground that kept my daughter entertained. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we enjoyed walking around the well-maintained garden. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, especially the chilaquiles.
