I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as everything was immaculate and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Their assistance with transportation was especially thoughtful, helping me avoid any local taxi scams. I loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful mix of Vietnamese and international dishes, and the location was perfect, just a two-minute stroll to the lake and puppet theatre.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay; they were warm, friendly, and full of great recommendations. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning with plenty of options.
