The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to all the major attractions, making my trip so convenient. The spacious room had a huge, comfortable bed, and the facilities were well-appointed, creating a true home away from home experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and we appreciated their help with seamless transportation for our day trips, especially the fantastic cruise to Ha Long Bay!
