I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from providing toys for my kids to keeping our packages secure. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city on foot or by taking the train. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the small store in the lobby, where we found everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with restaurant recommendations and entertainment options. Moreover, the location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to RPM Italian, where we had booked dinner in advance. Being close to the sauna added an extra touch of relaxation, and we enjoyed exploring the city until the early morning hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and is just a mile walk away. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is polite and respectful. We had a smooth check-in process and the room had excellent AC. The bed was comfortable and firm. The staff, including valet and check-in, was efficient and fast. The rooftop seating by the pool was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was in excellent condition - clean, tidy, and everything worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to everything in the city and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and accommodating, even helping us with package deliveries. The hotel facilities, including the workout room, swimming pool, and sauna, were well appointed and provided towels for guests. The restaurant inside the hotel had delicious food and a nice atmosphere. we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had an amazing stay! The staff, especially Adrian, Ronnie, and Ali, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean, and they did a good job cleaning all the touch surfaces. The location was perfect, very close to Michigan Ave and within walking distance to many food options in the nearby area.
