I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness and overall staff hospitality truly stood out. The breakfast selection was delightful, providing a nice start to my day, while the location was perfect, with easy access to a Tube station nearby and the beautiful Royal Albert Hall just a short stroll away. I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff, who were always eager to assist.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to public transport, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast was tasty and included unique options like black pudding and haggis. Our room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly appreciated the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in!
