We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room and bathroom being spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the buffet lunches and breakfasts at World Cafe to the lovely dinner experience at Seaside Grill. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, especially the pool servers who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The beach was amazing, thanks to the hotel's excellent system for cleaning up seaweed. It was a great location for swimming in the ocean. Additionally, the hotel had a great selection of drinks and plenty of sun loungers available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was extremely nice, especially with the private plunge pool. The staff was attentive, particularly Rafael at the beach bar and the maitre D at breakfast. The French restaurant had beautiful food, as good as a standalone restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the poolside food options were tasty. The drink selection, especially the spirits at the bar, was impressive. The hotel's location is conveniently close to neighboring Cancun.

The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a clean and up-to-date property. We thoroughly enjoyed the numerous activities and entertainment options available, including kayaking, outdoor movies for children, and karaoke. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The restaurant options were diverse and impressive, with lots of nice choices available. The massages were top-notch, and the service to our room upon arrival was excellent. We were thoroughly impressed and cannot wait to return.

The cleanliness was outstanding, with no trash to be found anywhere. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with a tropical old-world Mexican feel. The transportation and parking were convenient. The location was spectacular, with breathtaking views and a beach that was well-maintained. The food at the five restaurants was amazing, especially the French restaurant where chef Javier and waiter Orlando provided exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff throughout the hotel were professional and friendly.
