We loved the hotel's cleanliness and appreciated the staff's helpfulness. The location was superb, just a short walk to key attractions and conveniently close to Gran Via. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. the reception's ability to communicate in English made everything easier.
