We had a convenient location to Downtown for plenty of bars, restaurants, and the JFK museum and grassy knoll. The hotel facilities were great, with separate bedroom and living room with its own dining area, providing a comfortable and spacious stay. The cleanliness of the rooms, from the desk top to the bathroom, was impeccable. The female valet runner provided exceptional service and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff overall was friendly and helpful, making sure our requests were promptly attended to.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, including Amber and Elizabeth at the front desk, Wes at valet, and Katlyn at the bar, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the rooftop pool and beautiful gardens. The location was perfect, within walking distance of most venues and the West Village shopping district. Parking and transportation were convenient, and the hotel was on AT&T Wireless. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and positive. Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel had plenty of exploring room, including a rooftop pool and garden with a stunning city view. The bar downstairs was wonderful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, with a great view and a convenient walk-in closet. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the Starbucks by the lobby was super handy. The hotel's location was also very convenient, as it was close to the free tram ride up to the West Village shopping district.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs and our room on the 19th floor was absolutely luxurious. The location was perfect for visiting museums, and there was even a Starbucks on site for convenience. We enjoyed the large pool with its refreshing cool water, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. The 24-hour room service had a great variety of food options, and the price for our holiday stay was very reasonable. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We also loved the amazing scent of the soap and shampoo provided in our room. it was a wonderful experience.
