I had an amazing experience at the hotel, as the location was perfect, right near the Magnificent Mile and convenient to great restaurants. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, offering assistance with my lost reading glasses and providing prompt service at breakfast. The room was immaculate, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever encountered.
