We were greeted at the train station and guided to the hotel. They even took us to a local ramen shop to show us how to order using a vending machine! The rooms were spacious and modern, offering great views of the bullet trains. We loved the large gym and the amazing onsen bath. The hotel had a personal touch, with only 50 rooms making us feel like part of a family.

The personal service here is beyond compare. I was met at the train station and escorted to the hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, with large modern rooms and a large gym with an amazing onsen bath. The location was perfect, near Tokyo station and a short walk to Ginza. The view from the bar overlooking Marunouchi was stunning, especially as the trains zipped in and out of the station.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and metro, making it very convenient for us to explore the city and catch our flights to China, Singapore, and Bali. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, especially Takahiro San, who went out of his way to assist us with our luggage and even escorted us to the exact platform for our train to the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet and Japanese pancakes from the a la carte menu. the best aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff.
