We were impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff, who were always available to assist with our requests. The breakfast room offered spectacular views from the 10th floor, and we genuinely enjoyed the delightful variety of local eateries just steps away.

I had a great experience at the hotel, as the location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous lake and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, quickly addressing all my requests. The breakfast was delightful, especially the excellent omelette, and I enjoyed the stunning views from the 10th-floor dining area. The entire place was beautifully furnished, and my room had a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep.
