The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located near various attractions and souvenir shops. The staff, except for one person, was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional! They were super kind and quick to provide anything I needed, like extra towels. The location was perfect for me as it was right by the Smoky Mountain National Park, where I wanted to explore. Plus, the hotel was close to the motorcycle trails for eating and shopping, making it convenient for me. The cleanliness of the facility was also impressive, with clean rooms and a clean property. The hotel had good TV with multiple channels, which was a nice addition to my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure and was the cleanest we have ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel also provided a power outlet cube with multiple plugins, which was very convenient. The location was perfect, right at the edge of the entry to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Great Smoky Mountain National Park, making it an ideal choice for active families. The staff, especially the receptionist, Amy, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. It is conveniently located near recreational activities and shops. The hotel provides easy access to transportation and is close to everything. The hotel facilities are great, and the Mountain View is exceptional.
