We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the river with a private balcony overlooking the water. The view was stunning, especially in the morning while sipping our coffee. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a charming and cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Being close to a casino was an added bonus, providing entertainment just a short distance away. it was a fantastic experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was newly renovated and exceeded my expectations. I was amazed by how clean everything was, from the spotless bathroom to the impressively clean bathtub. The balcony, with its partition for privacy, was a wonderful addition, and I loved being able to enjoy the clear river view right from my room. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome and assisting me in finding my way around town. this hotel provided excellent cleanliness, comfortable facilities, and a convenient location close to the Harrah's Casino and the beautiful mountains of this city.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds. I enjoyed starting my mornings with a cup of coffee on the private balcony, overlooking the river. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the river and only a short drive away from the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Additionally, the staff, particularly Jordan at the front desk, was personable and knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The private balcony over the river was the highlight of my trip. I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views down the stream. The room was exceptionally clean and recently updated, with quality linens and toiletries. The location of the hotel was also a great advantage, as it was centrally located next to the National Park, making it easy for me to explore. The staff was excellent and provided great service throughout my stay.
