The onsen experience was truly relaxing, with various pools to unwind in, and I particularly appreciated the availability of free massage chairs around the hot springs. The breakfast was a delightful spread of Japanese dishes, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, making my visit enjoyable despite my limited Japanese skills.

The breakfast offered a nice variety, including some western items, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious enough for our family, and we found the comfortable futons perfect for a good night's sleep.
