I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. I also loved having my own private onsen bath in the room while enjoying stunning mountain views.
