I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where Wendy, the staff member, was incredibly helpful with everything from the cruise arrangements to getting a SIM card and train tickets, always greeting us with a smile. The location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring local attractions, and the staff maintained excellent cleanliness throughout our visit.
