We had a fantastic stay here! The room was clean and the hotel facilities were great. The staff, especially the valet Shaquille and the front desk representatives, were extremely helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Convention Center. We also appreciated the easy parking nearby without having to pay valet cost. We would love to come back and experience this city again!

The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had for the price, with excellent value. Jason, our waiter, provided fantastic customer service and truly had a servants heart. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us tips on navigating the city and even providing a street car schedule. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed during our stay.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the convention center and had plenty of dining options nearby. Additionally, it was easy to catch a taxi or Uber from the hotel. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, despite not knowing much about the website's offerings. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, and we appreciated the option to check out using our phone. Although we didn't have time to try it, we liked that breakfast was available for guests.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and happy - even the valet was singing when we went out. The room was big and homey, with a soft and comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the bar where the bartenders were fun and the food was delicious. The location was great, with many great restaurants nearby and it was just a short walk to the French Quarter. We also appreciated the convenience of being directly across from the Convention Center for our event.
