The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location is fantastic, just behind the Tate Modern and near the Millennium Bridge. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed. I especially enjoyed sinking into the duvet and pillows after a long day. There were also plenty of nearby bars and restaurants, plus a Tesco Express for any essentials.
