We loved the hotel’s prime location, as it’s just a short walk from the vibrant Brewery Quarter with unique outlets and close to the Centaur. The staff were exceptional; they made us feel welcome and cared for, especially during dinner and at breakfast, which offered a great variety. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast takeaway bags were a thoughtful touch.
