I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and professional. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the village, and is clean. The decor is impressive. I stayed in a King Room with a balcony and a fireplace, and the room had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were also very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I loved the cozy, mountain lodge decor. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was a great value. The hotel facilities, including the parking and transportation options, were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's location in the beautiful Big Bear Lake area was breathtaking, with easy access to the lake and stunning mountain views.

We were pleasantly surprised to see that it was a Holiday Inn Resort property because Holiday Inn locations are usually nice and comfortable but rarely quite such a showpiece. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and the rec room with air hockey and a pool table. The location was central to many activities, with a walking distance to the Village and various bars and shops. We also appreciated the attentive staff and the fun bar atmosphere.
