We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff, especially Murphy and JD, provided exceptional service and made us feel right at home. The hotel was close to everything, with a great location near the river, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The elevators were fast, and there were plenty of parking options nearby. The hotel facilities, including the breakfast restaurant and lobby bar, were excellent.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel had plenty of parking spaces and was conveniently located near public transportation, including the brown line and a bus stop right in front. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city's famous Architecture River Tour and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Additionally, there were two attached restaurants that provided incredible service and friendly staff. The hotel also had a breakfast restaurant nearby, making it convenient for our morning meals.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including fast elevators and extra security. The location was ideal - we were able to walk everywhere and there was a restaurant attached to the hotel for convenient breakfast and takeout coffee. The staff were well-trained, friendly, and extremely helpful. We also requested a quiet room and were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was - it almost felt like we had the entire floor to ourselves!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. We felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The room was huge with a great view and a very comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were up to date and clean. The location was ideal, within walking distance of downtown attractions and kid favorites like Ghirardelli and Sugar Factory.

The staff, especially Murphy and Concierge Russell, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location was convenient, just a block and a half from a famous theater and close to many food options. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were noteworthy.
