We loved the exceptional location of the hotel, as it allowed us to easily explore major sites on foot. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh options that fueled our days. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our check-in process smooth.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially a receptionist who went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. I had a great experience at the hotel, as the location was perfect, being right on Gran Via and just a short stroll from Plaza España and Chueca. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. My room also offered a lovely view that I enjoyed from the balcony, especially during morning coffee and evening cocktails.
