We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Dallas. The property was well situated in convenient uptown Dallas, within walking distance to Whole Foods, upscale restaurants, shopping, and more. The rooms and property were nice, well decorated, and gave a super comfortable feeling. Despite arriving an hour and a half early, the front desk staff was super accommodating and offered us an upgrade after our room wasn't fully ready at check-in time.

We had the best stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Natalie and Robert, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful and clean rooms to the amazing turn-down service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Uptown Dallas area, surrounded by trendy restaurants and bars that we could easily walk to. The hotel also offered a complimentary car service within a four-mile radius, which was a fantastic perk. We loved starting our day with the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff made us feel right at home.
