The hotel's location was ideal, close enough to downtown but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I felt safe walking around and the room was clean and modern. The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to help us out. The complimentary umbrella provided when it started raining was a nice touch. The hotel also had great dining options, with delicious breakfast available in the large airy dining area and the option to dine at the nearby Hyatt Regency restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The hotel staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided us with excellent suggestions for activities while we waited for our room to be ready. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from our room on the 15th floor. The location of the hotel was perfect, as we could easily walk to the French Quarter and take a trolley to the Garden District for a very affordable price. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with nice and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet, complete with made-to-order omelettes, was delicious. We also enjoyed their house brewed coffee and Seattle's Best coffee.
