The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to downtown attractions and the Reedy River falls park. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, including hot food, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel's facilities were contemporary and interesting, with a large room and comfortable beds. The downtown location was convenient, as everything was within walking distance. The staff, particularly Brett and the valet service provided by Lauren and Clay, were professional and accommodating.
