The hotel's location in downtown Knoxville is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to trolley stops and numerous downtown activities. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities are top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast each morning, and I appreciated the convenience of having Starbucks available downstairs. The staff at the hotel were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
