The hotel's location was perfect for our short stay in this cosmopolitan city. It was close to E 4th Street where we were celebrating NYE and also within walking distance of Progressive Field, the Casino, and everything else in town. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. The rooms were immaculate and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, always attending to our needs in a timely manner. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions. It served as a role model for other Hyatt locations to emulate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room and a great full-size shower. The hotel facilities were impressive, with an architecturally superb building that beautifully blends the charm of an 1890's era with modern conveniences. The location on Euklid Avenue was perfect, just opposite Holiday Inn and within walking distance to many attractions including East 4th, Playhouse Square, and the sports stadiums. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and saved me some money, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of food options around for easy dining. Plus, the hotel's view was simply amazing!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect right in the center of many sights. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we loved the fact that there were televisions in every room, even in the bathroom. The hotel also provided complimentary drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking options and was right across the street from many good restaurants.
